The Pate and Lester Company will strive to be the STANDARD by which Independent Manufacturer Representative sales organizations are judged in the medical sales industry. We will be the market and product specialists for the eight state territory we represent. We will collectively, and individually, work harder, smarter, and use the sales tools available to us to represent our Manufacturer's to the best of our ability in the Southeastern United States.
